How do you accept payment?
We prefer bank transfer, but can accept debit and credit cards, as well as cash upto £5000
Are vehicles HPI clear?
Some vehicles on sale will be recorded as HPI Cat C’s, D’s, N’s or S’s where stated on the vehicle’s description, from previously recorded events. Occasionally, there may be residual finance markers still recorded on some vehicles, which we can guarantee to be cleared upon sale.
Do our vehicles come with any service history?
It is very much dependent on the individual car in terms of service history, some manufacturers are main framed, and service history can be traced, others cannot.
Are the vehicles still for sale?
More than likely! Our website is live, so stock is as up to date as possible, but please call to make sure.
Can we just turn up?
Not really- we have a small site, so vehicles are boxed in, and parking space is limited, so best make a same day appointment so we can get your chosen vehicle out for you ready.
Do vehicles come with any prep work?
To ensure we pass savings on to our customers, our vehicles are sold “As Seen”. We do have facilities to repair small imperfections at an added cost if required.
What about mechanical issues?
Our cars are checked over before being put on the market, but from time to time there can be underlying issues, when things can be highlighted on test drives. We will remedy those faults before purchase is completed.
Can I test Drive a vehicle?
Yes, anytime during opening hours, upon the production of a current driving licence to test drive. All the vehicles are normally on site, unless at valet, so please ring in advance if possible.
Do you do part exchange?
Yes, we welcome part exchanges, and we will do the best deal we can across the vehicles in question. We do need to see the vehicles in question in order to value them. In cases where there is a fair distance involved, we can usually value a vehicle via E-Mailed pictures and details.
Do you offer any warranty?
As a trade centre, we don’t offer one ourselves (please see T’s & C’s), but we do have an association with Warrantywise to offer cover at a discounted rate.
Can I drive away same day?
If there is an MOT on the vehicle, you are most welcome to take the vehicle upon the receipt of funds, otherwise just leave a deposit, and collect the vehicle when it’s ready.
Can I reserve a Vehicle?
All vehicles are sold on a first come first serve basis. If you would like to view one of our vehicles we will hold it for you for the duration of your journey, please contact our sales staff for any assistance. Once you have viewed a vehicle and are happy to proceed with the purchase, we require a deposit to secure it before arranging a collection day/date.
Are there any added fees/ VAT on our prices?
VAT is only added on Commercial vehicles, Plant, Machinery and Number Plates, unless otherwise stated. Our used vehicles are subject to the margin scheme. We do not charge any extra “admin fees” on sales.
Do we “Distance Sell”?
Definitely not – we can only complete a sale when you visit our site and view the vehicle in person.
